An easy shake recipe for one and I thought of you!

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup milk (your choice – soy, almond, hemp, cow, sweetened or not, original or flavoured…)
1/2 cup yogurt (your choice – low-fat or not, plain or naturally vanilla flavoured)
1 lemon (juiced)
1/4 cup fresh basil (pack it tightly!)
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tsp. wheat germ (optional)
1 tsp. ground flax seeds or hemp seeds (optional)
1 tbsp. lemon zest
4 pieces of ice (optional, for a less thick smoothie)

Blend and enjoy! For two, double the ingredients, triple for three…
