A Blueberry Shake

Large handful of blueberries (you could say 2/3 cup if you’d rather)
1/2 banana
2/3 cup apple juice (or juiced apple)
Dash of cardamom, cinnamon, or mint. Whatever your pleasure.
3-4 ice cubes or a little cold water (if you prefer a more liquid blend)
